He is not a canon Lotor anymore. I will interact with post-Season 6 muses, however my muse will have had nothing to do with the colony and/or abuse of Alteans.
His full name is Prince/Emperor Lotor Xylaz of the Galran Empire. His middle name is pronounced similarly to the human 'Silas', although the z at the end is harder than an s.
We all know this already, but Lotor is 10,000 years old. He's seen a lot, done a lot, and everything new he can find or learn is automatically interesting.
Lotor is a beta in Galran terms, I guess? He's never been too interested in finding a permanent partner, really. When you live for millenia, the fear of losing your beloved to time and war gets almost overwhelming. So, he keeps himself at a distance on an emotional level and gets physical affection when he wants/needs it.
With him being the new Emperor, however, the responsibility to find a spouse weighs heavy on Lotor's shoulders. He doesn't want to be stuck in a loveless marriage, but either way, he would outlive them unless he did what corrupted Zarkon...
On a lighter note, the galra loves having his hair played with and stroked. It calms him to feel a brush or fingers run through his silver locks, he may even purr if it's a person he trusts...
When he blushes, his face and ears turn a more magenta hue. Sunburns also look magenta on him, but those are extremely rare.
Keep in mind that Lotor is not an easily trusting person, and that one of his greatest fears is being betrayed. Allies will be called 'friends' quickly if the relation is casual enough, but that doesn't mean he trusts them. In fact, four or five is already a pretty high number on this chart's scale.

As said above, I will only thread smut with people that are 18 or older, only in DMs and only if their muses are of that age group. Big don'ts for me are as follows:
noncon/r*pe, incest, pedophilia, bestiality (as in actual animals/monsters), abuse (physical and emotional), drug- and gunplay. If I remember any more, I will add those.

Headcanons:
I've mentioned this in the SFW headcanons as well, but Lotor loves having his hair played with. Brushing? Yes. Braiding? Nice. Gentle pulling? You'll turn him into putty in a heartbeat if you do this right.
His ears are sensitive, and so are his neck and thighs. However, touching them without his consent may result in injuries as they're his most erogenous spots.
He's a dom with slight switch tendencies, meaning he wouldn't pass on a nice ride if he's in the mood for it. Winking emoji.
Aftercare as well as body worship are a big yes for Lotor. Even after the most exhausting nights he will still make sure his partner is content, warm and clean.
On a less pleasant note, he has trust issues and even if he seems to be letting his guard down completely, he isn't. Lotor keeps a weapon close to himself at all times, and hates feeling completely vulnerable during sex.
